MatsOrbation ( talk) 16:43, 10 February 2015 (UTC) Image copyright problem with Image:Eric Johson Ah Via Musicom.jpg I can't edit it, because I don't know the ins and and outs of music theory, and how a song structure should be represented. No such details are given to the other instruments at all. Below the chapter called "Song Structure" mainly involves nit picking and hair splitting details of his guitar and equipment as such, and extremely little (if any) about the song structure. I've found info on song very inconsistent. Thankyou Pappy uk ( talk) 16:08, 18 February 2009 (UTC) Song structure and technical details If anyone has found evidence that I was not able to, please reference it when you revert it back. I've found no information on this song being a cover version in Guitar Hero III, so I removed this claim from the article. Searching on Google brings up information in forums stating that WaveGroup Sound did the cover, and that they did it so well so as to be nearly indistinguishable from the original: Nibiko ( talk) 08:51, 4 February 2016 (UTC)

Tone is different and a few notes are added in.", with Chris Nepoose saying in response "this is a cover": I can notice a difference in tone, but I don't know what the difference in notes is and can't really be bothered analysing lol Apparently WaveGroup Sound does covers for Guitar Hero. Guitar Hero indicates a cover with the phrase "as made famous by": Regarding there being no difference, H3VTux on Youtube said "Does anybody know who played this version? It definitely isn't the one on Eric Johnson's album. I'm not exactly sure what else it would be.

86.3.124.119 ( talk) 18:20, (UTC) Yeah, but this is an article on Cliffs of Dover, not GH3 (so the lyrics are rather irrelevant as obviously this is an instrumental) 02:37, 10 November 2008 (UTC) -Preceding unsigned comment added by Meemat ( talk The other being 'Impulse' one of the bonus songs.

I's also like to point out it is one of the only two songs in the whole game to not be accompanied by lyrics. Could we change it, until we get some citation? I know the track used in guitar hero is not a master recording, ] but i have seen no evidence to suggest it is a cover. Since most of the songs on GH3 feature original tracks, it would seem odd that this one wasn't. I can't hear any difference between the studio version of Cliffs of Dover and the one played on GH3. Not sure if it's a 'cover' version on GH3, as stated in the text. 3 Image copyright problem with Image:Eric Johson Ah Via Musicom.jpg.
